These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 77eb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the 77eb website and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games and payment services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on 77eb, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you act on behalf of another person, you warrant that you have full authority to bind them to these Terms.

To register and maintain a 77eb account you must at all times satisfy all of the following criteria:

77eb may request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension. Accounts found in breach of eligibility requirements will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited.

Each individual may register and maintain only one account on 77eb. Operating multiple accounts — regardless of the email address, phone number, payment method or device used — is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 77eb recommends the following security practices:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not reused across other online services.
• Always log out fully when accessing your account from a shared or public device.
• Contact support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Never share your password with 77eb support agents — our staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

77eb supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions must use a payment account registered in the account holder's own legal name. Third-party deposits — that is, from a payment account belonging to another person — are not accepted and will be returned where reasonably practicable.

The minimum deposit is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount varies by payment method and is shown in your account at the time of the request. Typical processing times are:

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals: typically within minutes of approval, subject to mobile network availability.
• Rocket withdrawals: typically within 30 minutes of approval.
• Card withdrawals: processing varies by issuing bank and may take 1-5 business days.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 77eb reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

77eb does not charge platform-level fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own fees. Players are responsible for any such third-party charges. 77eb accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the player's own payment provider.

77eb offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and expiry periods for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms. It is the player's responsibility to read these terms before accepting any bonus.
• 77eb reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already credited to accounts in good standing will not be retroactively cancelled.
• Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed to circumvent rollover requirements, or any other abusive strategy will have all bonuses voided and their account permanently suspended.

Bonuses are for entertainment purposes only and do not represent a guaranteed income stream. 77eb does not encourage players to wager beyond their personal financial means.

All bets placed on 77eb are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game or event as published on the platform at the time the bet is placed. Where any conflict exists between general terms and sport- or game-specific rules, the sport- or game-specific rules shall prevail.

77eb reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of any of the following:

• The bet was placed using a technical error in the platform's odds display, pricing engine or interface.
• There is evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation or insider information affecting the outcome on which the bet was placed.
• The bet was placed after the outcome was already determined, in circumvention of the platform's in-play cutoff systems.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77eb and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any AI tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain any advantage not available to ordinary players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information for unfair advantage, or artificially inflate bonus eligibility.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or using the platform for any illegal financial activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Registering multiple accounts using different personal details, payment methods, device identifiers or IP addresses.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify or interfere with the platform's software, security systems or any part of the 77eb service infrastructure.

77eb employs automated and manual monitoring to detect prohibited activity. Accounts suspected of prohibited conduct may be suspended without prior notice pending investigation. During any such investigation, access to funds may be temporarily restricted.

77eb is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. The platform provides deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from within your account settings and take effect promptly upon activation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77eb shall not be liable for the following losses or damages, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings or goodwill.
• Any loss or corruption of data, or any indirect, special or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the 77eb platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the platform due to technical failures, maintenance, regulatory requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

77eb reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) the account is being used for prohibited activities; (c) continued operation poses a risk of harm to the platform, other players, or the integrity of games and markets; or (d) the account holder is no longer eligible under these Terms.

Upon permanent account closure for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to be legitimate, 77eb will make reasonable efforts to return it to the account holder via their registered payment method, less any applicable deductions. Balances derived wholly or partly from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct will be forfeited in full.

77eb collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data is handled with appropriate security measures including SSL encryption. 77eb does not sell or share player personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

77eb reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of 77eb after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by applicable international gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute between a player and 77eb, both parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation.
